We do have a "big heart" for those of you who work every day in the human resource field or deal with employees. We are sensitive and responsive to the many trials and tribulations you go through. The human resource profession is light years away from where it was even ten years ago. This field requires dedicated professionals and the profession is better for having you involved in it.
