
William (Billy) H. Leslie joined Wimberly Lawson in 2022 and is an associate attorney at the Firm's Nashville office. Prior to joining Wimberly Lawson, Billy served as associate counsel at the Tennessee Department of Human Services and Department of Commerce and Insurance and worked as a judicial law clerk for Judge Timothy L. Easter of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. He received his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 2017 as a member of the Cooper's Inn Honor Society. Billy currently serves on the Tennessee Bar Association Board of Governors as Middle Tennessee Governor and is the Immediate Past President of the TBA Young Lawyers Division. Billy is also a member of the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Law Forum class of 2022-2023. Prior to becoming an attorney, Billy worked for Raymond James & Associates, in Nashville, for 24 years.
