Dear Friends of the Firm:

After 25 years with our firm, Bill Seale has chosen to take an Of Counsel status, and limit his practice accordingly.  The transition will occur effective October 1, 2007.  A major portion of Bill's time will be spent serving as in-house counsel with a long time client of the firm.  Bill and his wife, Cheryl, are also looking forward to spending more time with their young grandchildren who live in Oklahoma.  Bill expects the transition to allow more time for him to devote to his leadership responsibilities with his church and the Tennessee Baptist Convention.  

The firm congratulates Bill on this transition and thanks him for his past service and continuing service to the firm's clients in his Of Counsel status.
